All of our ingredients come from local farmers and bakeries. Our produce, bread, desserts, sandwich ingredients, everything is sourced locally. When we say local, we mean it!

Bittersweet Bistro offers more than just teas. We also offer locally roasted coffee, cold brews, cappuccinos, lattes, our entire online store, and more!

Where do our ingredients come from?

1. Teas created and made at/by Bittersweet Farm.

2. Bread comes from Lupi-Marchigiano's in New Haven, CT

3. Biscotti, Gluten-Free Biscotti, and Cookies locally sourced from Biscotti and Beyond in Middletown, CT.

4. Our Boar's Head  meats and cheeses are from Cross Island Provisions in Essex CT.
